  • I love this app

    I’ve had this app for many years.
    I was a beginner when I first started.
    It’s very instructional (explanatory) and tells you when to breathe and specifically how to get into each of the moves and she does it with you.
    It’s like having your own personal yoga teacher.
    I always feel at peace afterwards.
    I definitely would recommend it for anyone. I like the old version better maybe cause I’m used to watching the girl they had before, but they both are great.
    I wouldn't change anything about it.
  • Not bad.

    I like the simplicity of the background view. Simply a woman completing poses as dictated by a voiced-over female in detailed description. That is nice as it tells you what parts of your body should be doing in each pose. There is no background music which I like to have playing during yoga. I suppose I could play my own.
  • Daily routine for the past four years

    I use it almost exclusively on my Apple TV, though sometimes I use it when not at home. Been using it religiously for the past four years. I can feel the blood flowing to the parts of my body that I know need it. I can definitely say that I’m a calmer driver because of it, and that has flowed into my everyday dealings with people.

    One thing I wish I knew the answer to: what style of yoga is practiced here?
