Review of simply Yoga
It’s a good app. But I found the sun salutaions transitions a bit fast, it would be nice if the title of each pose were posted on the screen, and a timer to indicate how many minutes into the routine you are throughout.
Greatest Home instructions
I love this app and have been using it for 10 years – and have told all my friends about it. The instructions are better than any yoga studio I’ve ever attended. My only complaint is the disruptive ads that come after Shavasena (sp?).
After doing the whole routine and having a nice Shavasena for five minutes, a blaring obnoxious ad comes on and all the relaxing that you just did, has completely been obliterated. I can’t even relax during Shavasena because I know the ads will be coming on.
I wish they would just stop the ads at the end of Shavasena, like they used to, or at least have an option to turn the ads off!!

I love this app
I’ve had this app for many years.
I was a beginner when I first started.
It’s very instructional (explanatory) and tells you when to breathe and specifically how to get into each of the moves and she does it with you.
It’s like having your own personal yoga teacher.
I always feel at peace afterwards.
I definitely would recommend it for anyone. I like the old version better maybe cause I’m used to watching the girl they had before, but they both are great.
I wouldn't change anything about it.

Not bad.
I like the simplicity of the background view. Simply a woman completing poses as dictated by a voiced-over female in detailed description. That is nice as it tells you what parts of your body should be doing in each pose. There is no background music which I like to have playing during yoga. I suppose I could play my own.

I used to use all these apps a lot a couple years ago and wanted to get back into it and unfortunately won’t be using them again.
Providing an email so they can constantly spam you is now a requirement to use their apps.

Daily routine for the past four years
I use it almost exclusively on my Apple TV, though sometimes I use it when not at home. Been using it religiously for the past four years. I can feel the blood flowing to the parts of my body that I know need it. I can definitely say that I’m a calmer driver because of it, and that has flowed into my everyday dealings with people.

Best Way to Start Your Day
A simple reminder to fill your cup at least once a week and doing a yoga session using this app gives to myself and allows me to sit in the moment amidst the hustle and bustle that is life.
Improved physical health
I was suffering from neck and shoulder pain. Since following regular sessions with simply yoga, all pain has gone. Amazing!
Confused
I did not see a cost anywhere (had looked extensively) and when I double tapped to install the app, it charged my credit card without me knowing what I was buying. I now still have ads and it’s pushing the full version on me if I pay, but it doesn’t list the full cost (that I can find). This gives me trust issues and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. :(
