  • Virtual yoga coach without monthly fees!

    Love this app! I’ve done a lot of yoga videos over the years and a few classes here and there. This app offers the best of both but with the option to create up to three custom routines of whatever length you want. Keep the instructions on if you like a yoga class experience. Turn them off if you want less chatter. Try the free version of the app first. If you like it, you’ll be happy to get paid the version which you only have to buy once. The Apple TV app works great

    Yoga is a great low stress way to stretch and strengthen muscles. I appreciate the varied levels and times of the program.
  • Good yoga app

    Even though this app gets five stars, I have a few complaints: the first is when you have to switch sides during an exercise, there’s no voice guide that will let you know to switch sides without having the instructions setting turned on. The second is there’s no transition between exercises so that you have time to properly perform the pose.
