Deceiving practices
I can’t speak much to the Exercises in the app. I tried but could not get into them. I will say that this app is expensive to try in many ways, I think purposely. Unlike many apps in the App Store, this one is not as easy to cancel. Others show up in subscriptions and show the renewal date, making it easy to cancel a trial or yearly renewal. This app does not. You need to log into the app and cancel. And despite their being a separate, cancel and request refund button, they do not give refunds. I never used this subscription, and was fairly certain that I went through the steps to cancel auto renewal, yet a year later I received an email saying it auto renewed at $70. I had to redownload the app to cancel and despite doing so within the hour, they will not refund my money. They said since I did not cancel the auto renew, they cannot refund. Which I’m pretty sure I did but also, why have a “Cancel and Request refund” option if you never give refunds? Seems disingenuous. Also in the reply to my request for a refund they said they went ahead and canceled my auto renew, which was something I had already done. Again, makes me wonder if the cancel auto renew is a trick and doesn’t really work until you email them.
Bottom line, don’t trust this app. They will squeeze money out if you in deceitful ways and it’s way to expensive for that. I regret ever trying it.
