Money taken but no subscription
Your response to all of the complaints is great but you aren’t actually doing what you say you will do. I have contacted support, as you suggested, twice, and I still find myself in the same position. I don’t understand why the app does not appear in my subscriptions, which makes it impossible for me to cancel. Please do the right thing! You have a lot of customers complaining about the same issue.

Hard to use and not much content
Also there isn’t a lot of content. I’ve only been doing this 4 times a week for 4 months and I feel like I’ve done most of the videos, so it’s getting boring. The music is also very annoying and repetitive in the yoga videos.
Only good thing is the counter so I’m motivated to hit my weekly goal.

ALL OF THESE COMPLAINTS WERE ADDRESSED AND REMEDIED IN THE RECENT UPDATE. Wow. When does that happen. Well I can not say never because it just did and I’m grateful and feel heard. My user streak lives on!
