Effective if you know what you’re doing
SWEAT workouts are effective if you know what you’re doing. However, if you don’t, you do risk injury ie sore knees etc. Do appreciate that there are lengthy written instructions for the ‘silent’ workouts. However, in terms of user experience, most people (myself included) will not choose to pause their workout to scroll through pages of written instructions. You just want to keep moving and get it done!
It would be wonderful to include more guided workouts like Kayla’s Dynamic High Intensity and Britany’s High Intensity Barre. (I know you do offer some guided options, but it would be great if there were more / verbal coaching for existing programs. Suggestion only: perhaps an audio option you can toggle on/off depending on whether the participant needs / wants guidance.
