You can turn off the auto-renewal at any time up until 24-hours before the end of the subscription period in your Account Settings. When you cancel the auto-renewal, access to the SHRED app will not expire immediately, you will have access until the end of your current payment period.

I have been working out for over 40 years and am thoroughly impressed by this app. It is often hard to stay motivated and consistent with your workouts but this provides an excellent alternative and so easy to use and follow. Great job.
