I had high hopes for this app, as the content is fantastic, offering great classes and a variety of programs. However, my experience with their customer service has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. After years of being a loyal subscriber, I missed the automatic renewal date by just a few days and requested a refund for the expensive membership charge. Despite the fact that I hadn’t used any of the services since the renewal (and stopped using the app for months and months prior) and only realized the charge after a few days, they refused to issue a refund.
As a long-time customer, their response felt dismissive and unhelpful. The fact that they couldn't show any flexibility in such a situation, especially when it was only a few days after renewal, was incredibly upsetting. For an app that charges a premium price, I expected better customer support and understanding. Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I can’t recommend this service when the company clearly doesn’t value its loyal users.
