I’ve been using the StretchIt app for a while, and overall, I enjoy the stretching routines and find them beneficial. The exercises are well-designed, and it’s easy to follow along with the video demonstrations.
However, one major issue I’ve encountered is the inconsistency in workout lengths. Some sessions are very short, around 6-8 minutes, while others suddenly jump to 40-50 minutes. This makes it challenging to plan my morning routine because I’m never quite sure if I’m getting a quick stretch or a longer session. The lack of consistency in class lengths has been very off-putting, and after a few months, I’ve decided to stop using the app. It would be much better if they offered programs with more predictable workout times, ideally in a similar range, like 20-30 minutes.
I’ll consider revisiting the app next year to see if they’ve updated their program structure. For now, though, I’ll be taking a break from it.

It means a lot ❤️ We suggest you to create your own personalized program ('Start Training' on the Home screen -> 'Create Program') where you can choose the duration of the classes (as well as your program length, intensity, and trainers). By answering a few questions, you can get a custom plan that aligns with your goals, preferences, and skill level. This way, you can ensure your sessions fit your schedule and meet your preferences. Also, you can always manually add additional classes from the Classes list on the days when you'd like to train more. Just be sure to give yourself time to recover to avoid overtraining. Hope this helps!
