Very Dharmic

I really enjoy this app a lot more than the new SRF system although they also have moved forward leaps and bounds from my first paper lessons in my three ringed binders. I like how it keeps stats on my progress although in truth I spend a lot longer portions of my day on YouTube listening to Asha, swami, and Roy they have a particular vibration that seems easier to tune into. This app is a great asset on the spiritual development, I'm hoping to master patanjalis yoga sutras and rework my neurological pathways to figure out each of the triggers for my seven endocrine glands which produces the hormones or energy the Chinese and Japanese call chi and which you call prana and then move all that energy up into my brain loop it around my aura like I did when I was at Ananda and enter a state of consciousness that utterly terrified me but was ecstatic beyond anything I'd ever experienced. To bad there's not a God realized master to help me finish my training. I could really use a guru in the flesh to guide me through this very difficult endeavor. In any case great app and will continue to increase my meditation durations I just get so amped up from 15-30min I can hardly stand all the blissful kundalini chills that move up my spine and into my brain it is extremely difficult for me to sit down for longer durations but I enjoy meditation practice throughout the day in waking consciousness. Today is my birthday and the tenth year of my meditation practice I started to meditate 5 minutes a day when I was 22 after my soul was ripped out of my body and I was transported to the 7th astral heavens which forever is my home and drives my soul towards ever more spiritual life forms as I long to go back and be there permanently. Which the light beings said was possible so long as I lived accordingly and helped humanity to step into its fullest potential with the help of my friends from both east and west John the Baptist and bobaji Krishna and each of the most highly developed saints from recently recorded history along with some angels who have never incarnated and some alien beings who's souls descended into human wombs they are human in life but they're from somewhere else Orian, pledian, or whatever. Be great to find all the saints with an education bill for our public schools. Everyone can meditate so if they train children about amino acids and getting full proteins from vegetarian foods, meditation practices and the practical effects in the body and brain from said technical training from a scientific perspective using words like hormones, parasympathetic nervous system, autonomic nervous system, endocrine glands, neurological pathways, human magnetic energy field, Electroencephalogram for running diagnostics on brain development between the states of consciousness alpha delta theta beta and gamma. Words like that would help to westernize the teachings and quantify them in a way that works in a non dogmatic way for any faith or religious affiliation to use them in their daily lives to increase their bodies ability to perceive the known world. It would be really cool to partner with muse electroencephalograms as you can find on amazon and develop a website or login where you can share and chart your progress in rank that way if there's a person who's a Muslim and I identify as a Christian that we could look say Raheesh you quite the meditator do you think that I could meditate with you because to deepen both of our practices. Energization

I love this teaching demo.
It is so helpful for learning the EEโ€™s that even a Klรถtze like I can easily follow along and learn. The the variety of fast forwards allows one to practice on oneโ€™s own and fast forward to sections needing review.

Beautiful, Helpful, Amazing

Thank you all Ananda brothers and sisters for creating this amazing app full of beautiful meditations that are so helpful in my life. Canโ€™t recommend enough to anybody who wants to start meditating or is already on the path of going back within.

Fabulous meditation app! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

This is a simple to use meditation app. Full of different types of meditations; from guided, to visualizations. Timed with chanting and prayers and without. And many combinations in between. Plus sections on tips and more.

And itโ€™s good for anyone who wants to create a practice, sustain a practice, or restart their practice!

A personal assistant for your practice

I canโ€™t begin to talk about how fantastic this app is. Has to be one of the most thought out apps for meditators of all levels out there and the only one that incorporates the teachings of Supreme Yoga Master Paramahansa Yogananda.
This app has lessons on meditation and instructions on techniques for the beginner which makes it a meditation course on its own. For the moderate meditator it has guided meditations, chants and kirtans, energization exercises, pranayama techniques and a meditation timer and a feature to set up reminders for ones practice. For those more advance it has a create your own meditation session featur which for me is the highlight of the app. This feature allows you to create a meditation session by incorporating audios and videos from the archive in the app. You can set up the opening prayer, the a chant of your liking, a guided meditation for you specific purpose, sounds of bell, harps or just chanting Aum and a finishing prayer. With this feature the possibilities are huge. I truly recommend it.
