Mynd is terrible
The app is really bad mainly because it requires me to type my login password 80% of the time. Why can’t this app remember me or use FaceID properly? It is also painful to do anything useful like download docs because you are unable to go back once you view the PDF. So you have to log in again.
Mynd is a terrible property manager and I fired them this month. I would avoid Mynd like the plague. No one there knows what is going on with your property and when you need something done like a rent increase, they are not familiar with your market and therefore can’t do this properly.Show lessLostinparadise

The app as a whole is a little clunky but was very functional.
The new version updated a bunch of graphics to make it look nicer but everything loads much slower.
It is also very difficult to navigate and you have to click through multiple selections that before was easily accessible.

Stopped working on iOS 14.1
App no longer works, just stuck in the launch screen and is stuck with a very faint loading indicator.Lip smasher
