Leave a Review Armello
Could it be better? Yes, but it’s great
I’m not being scammed, ads shoved in my face, no weird endless grind, etc.. It seems like a pretty fun board game-like adventure. It’s not perfectly balanced, and maxing out the combat skill each game seems to heavily reward me, but the game has configurable settings and I can change it to feel balanced pretty easily. Giving the King no health drain or extra HP also seemed to reward players who had lower attack stats or bad luck, as they could use that extra time to do the harder missions.
Overall, highly recommend you give this game a try, and then make up your own mind, it’s definitely worth giving it a try to see if it’s right for you, and if it’s not, oh well, at least you have it a try. ^-^Show lessBugged and Neglected
Armello has incredible potential to be a great game, featuring a unique gameplay experience with an immersive board and incredible art. When I first started playing, I instantly loved it.
However, technical problems with the game have made it increasingly frustrating to play; many times I’ve completed achievements but the game doesn’t count them. Additionally, it often is stuck loading on AI turns. I can’t access the multiplayer function at all and the report function doesn’t work either. Moreover, the mobile player base seems completely neglected as DLCs have been removed from the store and made PC-exclusive.
Overall, I had high hopes for the game, but was incredibly disappointed.Show lessGreat, but just buy the PC version I beg of you
The mobile game has some of the basic features that the pc version has, however it doesn’t get updated quite as often. ( The last time this app was updated was 2 years ago! )
I just recently bought the pc version on steam and it was an amazing and more smoother experience. ( It’s $20 on steam and $10 for each expansion pack for new characters but occasionally it goes on sale for $8 for the base game and 50% off the dlc. ) The developers spent a lot of time and dedication on such a beautiful game, so I would recommend buying the game on steam if you would want to get a full experience and to support the devs.
Overall, I don’t think this can be too bad of a mobile game.Show less
