this is a small bugfix update for the iCloud issues. Some of you reported a crash when loading the iCloud save game,

In this update we switch Card Thief from being a premium game to a free one with a permanent in App Purchase to unlock the full game.
If you've purchased the game as a premium game (before it went free to download), you can always restore your purchase in the settings menu.
We've also updated a few technical systems and made Castle Wolfskull a bit easier.
