September 3, 2020 bought the camera (model VF0820) from BJ’s Wholesale club. Downloaded app, when trying to launch it does not open from my phone.
The packaging says IOS 7.0+. It is a shame, looks like a decent camera.

Why are you selling a camera that doesn’t have a supported application? It is absolutely embarrassing all this report is for nothing.

I still have this app and this camera (03/01/2020) and it STILL does not work with my iPhone 11... until it gets fixed it’s absolutely useless, good job guys. One start because it won’t let me go less than one.
Constant crashes
Received this product as a giveaway at work. I can see why they gave it away. Pretty useless product when you can’t open the app without it crashing.
