The app wont open on new ios 13. Crashing repeately doesnt even open (only start up screen)

So much comments on your Camera not working on iPhone X series, and you can’t come up with a Fix or even an Statement, what a Shame.
Doesn’t work with iPhone X — frustrating!
Despite the fact it says it’s compatible with iPhones, it doesn’t work on my new XR, and based on reviews here, which I wish I’d seen before asking for this for Christmas, this has been a known issue for almost a year. Why wouldn’t you make that clear in your product description?? Very frustrating. Will never buy another product from this company again.

after purchasing new iphone xs this software no longer working, all cameras are useless now.

Apps says logging in..loading then crashes.

I just bought this now it doesn't work
Doesn’t work with new phones
I used to love this app and the cameras, but ever since I upgraded to my new iPhone XS, the app won’t let me log in. If they don’t resolve the issue soon, I’ll have to replace the cameras for ones that I can actually monitor.
