It really has helped (A LOT)
I wanted to see if I really snored. It showed me in a simple yet detailed way. Yep. BAD.
I wanted my lady to not have to wear ear plugs or worse, leave the room. She’s sweet and instead of making me move, she’d just get up. Hated to wake up to an empty spot.
So I decided to try to work on it. I saw a mouth guard and wondered if it might help. I first got a snorerex how ever it’s spelled. Pretty expensive I thought. And could I sleep with it in my mouth. I tried what it says it does. Moved my lower jaw forward while breathing. Yes. It helps. Come to find out a lot!!
I got the mouth piece. Customized it. Tried it. I slept better than I ever have. I woke up full of energy. She thinks it’s cause I got more air. Yea. Me too. My “ heavy snorer” went to almost none. Did it a few nights. She went out of town so I slept without it but used this app. WOW. I snored like a hound dog. 🐕
I since have tried another mouth guard that is half the price (Google mouth guard snoring) and it works even better as it’s smaller and a bit wider. I really don’t care though. She’s happy. I’m happy. Only draw back. It causes you to drool….🤪😝. Yep. The guard is in your mouth so your mouth decides to try to dissolve it. Yuk. But she’s here when I wake up!Show lessaquatune

I have tried several anti snore products and SnoreX is not effective. Having bought both products disappointed. There just doesn’t seem to be a product that really works.JLS49

THANK YOU so much for this free app! I was so impressed by how it can pick up my snoring and bruxism. Hearing the clarity of my snoring explains the location and depth of my problem. I like the time line showing when it occurs and also the sleep state that I am in. Excellent app! Is it the answer to how to fix the problem overnight? No! It’s tool that can help diagnose the depth of the snoring problem, breathing issues while sleeping and grinding my teeth. It’s a tool that helps explain why my head hurts in the morning, without checking into a sleep lab to have them tell me the same thing, just on a smaller less in-depth scale.
