    I love this APP…I now know if I “should be tired” or not
    Ok, I don’t like it when I charge my watch last minute and fall asleep without it because the biggest reason for me buying the watch was to know how much sleep I got, or didn’t get and need to get. So now it’s time for me to sleep but I love this app and I have said “Maybe Later” to rating it forever. But because I love you and our society, we would all do better, including me, if we got the sleep we need to power up our cellular selves and Spiritual selves (well God gives us rest…if we ask). But things Pillow Talk, LOL, so ask for it if you don’t have it. Get it? Got it? 😊 with all the “gettin “ I wrote above this followed…& that’s because I need sleep. How do I know? Because Pillow told me when I laid down and how many hours in bed and how many hours asleep and last night was only less than 5 hours. So goodnight and thank You Pillow for monitoring my sleep and making me aware of my deep sleep and REM and light sleep and whether it’s “normal” or not.
    This is well worth…your life and hopefully will give you even more nights sleep 🥰✌️Good Night and God Bless y’all and the Pillow pals who created this genius APP
  • Unusable after 2 weeks!

    I'll begin by saying that I became a premium user because I forgot to cancel the free trial, but I really liked some of the sleep aids and alarm sounds, so I figured I'd let it go this one time. A little over two weeks later, and I'm unable to start a sleep session from my Apple Watch or even edit my alarm on my phone. In fact, navigating to the alarm tab causes the app to freeze entirely. In my experience before the app became unusable, I'd also noticed it was moderately inaccurate in terms of awake/asleep detection and calculating sleep stages throughout a sleep session. On multiple occasions, I received notifications requesting me to report how I was feeling at the end of my sleep session ... despite having been awake for the past several hours. When reviewing sleep sessions, I'd notice long periods of time where the app detected I was awake throughout the night (I wasn't - I, thankfully, sleep pretty solidly through most nights) and would report REM sleep before passing through the first two sleep stages. Unless my sleep is much worse and weirder than it feels, this app clearly needs some optimization in those areas. Unfortunately, unless the issues with connecting to the Apple Watch or freezing when navigating to the only tab where it's possible to use the app for its main purpose (which is a huge flaw in this app's design because of the exact issue I'm having), I won't be able to experience any future improvements.

If the connection between the Apple Watch and the iPhone is not working correctly due to watchOS issues, this might explain the other issues you are experiencing.     Once I fixed my iPhone and iWatch pairing correctly ( it was my fault in the pairing problems) the App works just as advertised and better than what I thought . I am able to export all my Sleep Data to my files in CVS format. The beauty is you can visually capture when you are in the stages of sleep, duration, waking, Oxygen Sats on a graph just below the four stages and heart rates recorded in graphs also underneath the same graph. On the graphs you’re able to to see the exact time with all the sleep which i can also listen in for noises ie. talking, snoring, and all possible various things including animals, road and city noises to see if my sleep was disturbed. The dp ranges recorded on graph too which at this time eat plugs are needed. Heart rate variation is recorded along with EKG ms changes. It’s my tool to help me with my insomnia, sleep apnea, and arrhythmia problems. I use the Pillow App more than any other App or website on my iPhone or Computer. The fact i can share it with my physician(s) has also make my appointment so much better. I Would recommend this Pillow App to anyone.
