Fun but mostly useless
Overall, mostly useless. For some reason, it doesn’t capture my awakenings during the night very well. Sometimes they’ll just be a little spike that shows it was momentary when actually I was up and out of bed and roaming around for an hour. Or, during a heat wave when I was tossing and turning and constantly waking up, it showed me as a middle range sleep the the whole time. Probably the most useful thing is the snoring and it’s recordings. I realize that sometimes I do snore more than I thought I did. However, I’m not sure that it’s not recording. My husband snores some of the time. The last night I used it, however, I used a separate podcast to fall asleep, once around two in the morning. The recordings picked up a lot of it, however, some of it it put under the heading of bruxism or animals when it was clearly just a language.… That morning when I woke up, it gave me a sleep score of 100 and said I had a perfect night sleep, even though I’ve woken up twice to turn on the podcast to open up a window and flush the toilet near the bed, which it usually record as an animal sound it didn’t even record it all that nightShow lessDeveloper Response

This app starts off ok, then I upgraded to the “VIP” level then things went down hill from there. The app picks up the noises from my fan as snoring. Then when I upgraded to a new phone the app has stopped working and I can’t get back to the vip side that I have paid for. So I reached out to customer support. I get a message back that is can take up to 3 business day. A week and a half later I was told the issue has been resolved. In fact it was not. So I messaged back with screenshots to let them know this has not been resolved. And still a month later this is still not fixed and no one has replied to my email. Do not waste your time or money on this app once the company has their money they don’t care and won’t resolve an issue *** update tech support I have emailed that email address several time about this issue it is still unresolved fix it or issue a refund please if I could give this app less than 1 star I would please don’t waste you time or money on this app a month and a half later still no reply from this company ** update still no word from this company and the app still doesn’t work and no update about fixing the vip status I paid for. Still not working and yes I’ve sent multiple emails and nothing back for this company DONT WASTE YOUR MONEYShow lessDeveloper Response
