I do not like I-ready
Hi, I am in 5th grade and my school uses this resource for all grades. I would like to say I do not like this app. I think during math lessons, it does not explain what part was wrong when you get a problem wrong. It does not help. And the diagnostic is very unnecessary and makes me do very hard stuff. Once, it made me find the inequality of X to -3. I didn’t understand at all. I think the lessons are a little bit too long. Also, they are not actually very fun lessons. They don’t really motivate you to do it and it is not fun. For me, I just personally HATE I-ready. If I could, I would rate it 0. I even wrote an essay to my teacher to give to the principal in protest of I-ready. This app hasn’t even ever taught me anything new. I get the diagnostic is supposed to be hard, but if it is too hard when you don’t even understand it a little and keeps the questions like that, then the lessons will be way to easy because you didn’t answer correctly. I know the teacher can assign things but when you get a lesson you don’t get, you are just stuck with it. Also you fail a lesson just for getting 3 questions wrong. I personally do not think I’m overreacting, but this is all my personal experience. I-ready, please listen to some of these reviews because a good app would listen to feedback.
