OK, but room for improvement
In the training guide it states that shifts are offered to staff and the Roubler app is supposed to permit an “Accept” or “Decline” function for each shift.
This either no longer happens in the present version or is yet to be added to the app.
It would a useful addition and offer a much more live feedback and flexibility between staff and employer. This way, the employees are able to inform their employer if they are unable to commit to a particular shift or not and the employer then knows a more accurate live display of their total workforce for each shift.Show less_r_a_p_i_d_

It’s a well built app, and it’s not terrible but can be really slow and glitchy when trying to do a few work checks at once.Milly_0016

Easy enough
As an employee, it’s easy enough to use. The only thing would be that it would be great if it showed you your clock in status.
Sometimes you forget whether or not you’ve clocked in/out/break, so it would be to see if you havemitchachell
Having a passcode / Face ID on the app is a must
This is very dangerous private information.
Any other payroll app I know has an extra security and is passcode protected when you open.

I have a few improvements to suggest:
1. Ability to set start of week to Monday when looking at the month Roster. I’ve mixed up shifts multiple times because of this issue.
2. Notification badge alert (at top left) clears upon opening the page. Rather than having to click each notification individually to clear.Show lessjadams10
