Frustratingly poor quality of service
However, since changing phones I am unable to log back into my account. I have tried both methods of logging in, using the member number and via the name, date etc but to no avail. I keep getting an error message “sorry, a technical error has occurred, please try again” and it’s been over three weeks. Is this actually a technical error or is there a bug in the app? I am able to log in just fine on the website version of Rest, so it’s definitely not my log in details causing this issue.
I have tried reaching out to the Rest support team via their live chats three separate times and each time I was unable to be connected to an agent after waiting 2+ hours. I also tried to call their support line and was put on hold for over hour twice.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve been unable to log into the Rest App on your new phone, and can understand how frustrating this must be for you. As you have recently updated your phone, please make sure that you have logged out of the Rest App on the old device before logging in on your new phone, as the Rest App can only be accessed through one device at a time. You may also have to delete the Rest App on the old device as well.
