I keep getting logged out and having to delete the app to regain access to it. Apparently this app is #1 banking app in Australia had just gone to the worst. It’s been like this for nearly a month and I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app over 20+ times. And that’s not exaggerating. I’ve called and they can’t do nothing about it which is not good enough. This isn’t a matter of calling the bank this is an IT issue. Do not tell me to “restart” my phone I’m not daft I’ve done everything I have to change my password over and over to regain access to it! It is up to date and everything this has been happening to EVERYONE! Open your eyes and look into this! This is a IT ISSUE. I’m not going to sit on the phone again and again and again to have nothing done. Fix it!
I’ve been deleted and re installing the app 2x a week just to use it I’m about to switch banks for good now I’ve been a westpac member for 10+ years. Not good enough.
