  • I wished I wasn’t a customer

Why does it take four weeks for customer service to get back in touch with the customer when looking for customer support also the system is not user-friendly to set up or to try to figure out why my phone will not communicate with the home Safe cameras. it doesn’t allow you to change things my system is off-line according to my cell phone, but I’m looking at it on my TV screen monitor and it’s working fine to view it on the monitor, but I can’t get it to send notifications or communicate with my phone. the cameras do not show good detail at night. It shows blobs moving. You can’t tell what it is other than the fact that has four legs. I believe this is not a good system. I wish I never bought it.
  • Not consistent with desktop app or the Swann app.

This app is not consistent with the desktop app and offers similar options but missing many at the desktop offers. It also has Bugs, one particular is quite annoying because it would be the most important. This is within the motion setting and currently does not allow you to make changes to any channels but 01. Settings do not seem consistent or old similarly between the app, the desktop app, and the regular regular Swan app.
  • Update is dangerous

I updated, left my house, was expecting someone while I was gone, so I periodically checked it (which was painstaking since the new UI is NOTHING like before), and it just kept playing me leaving and it honestly looked backwards to where I was coming, which the cameras are now so small I can’t tell what anything is. I texted the person I’ll be home in a few minutes. They said they were not there yet. I FREAKED out thinking a stranger was in my garage, because I literally couldn’t figure out the app enough to know that it wasn’t live and that it was me. A day later and lots of fiddling with the app and I still can’t figure it out. Always offline, don’t get notifications like before, the default is 8 views and we only have 4 so over half the screen is useless, and there’s a giant white space for no reason that takes up the whole bottom half. WHAT DID YOU PEOPLE DO AND WHY??? I’m a smart and technologically inclined person and I need a user manual for an update. This is insane.
