Hello, so I had swann security for a little over 2 years now and I've had many issues. If I try to scroll back a few months or so, it will say that I don't have any videos from that time or things like that. Also I hate the way how it only detects and starts recording when motion is detected. Sometimes You could literally be jumping in front of the camera yet it won't pic it up and start recording. Yet most of the time, the videos would literally record when NO movement is happening. My cat walks in front of the camera yet it doesn't pick it up and when a spec of dust appears in front of the camera KABOOM! it's recording. Please just make it record 24 hours a time or something because it's so annoying when something happens and when I try to go back and see what happened nothing was recorded.Show lessĐức Mình

I’m writing a review for the Swann CCTV device, which I’ve installed both at home and in my shop.
Overall, the device performs well, but I’ve encountered some difficulties in managing it. The main issue is that while one account can manage multiple devices, only one person—the admin—can log in to manage or view the system. There’s no option to invite others to help manage or monitor the CCTV unless they are the admin, and there can only be one admin. This becomes quite inconvenient when the admin is unavailable.
I suggest adding a feature to the app that allows the admin to invite other members to manage and view the same device. This would greatly improve the user experience and bring it more in line with what other platforms offer.Show less我是地球老用户00789
Not streaming with the updated app
The updated app is so bad, for last few months it open cannot steam, just loading and loading. With the old app it happens some times but not as often. New app just got so much worse!cherrychen829
