Face ID option is not available but app says it does
Even though the terms of condition page says about having the feature, it doesn’t work.

Could not even get past OTP
Super disappointed! Could not even get past the OTP to see the app. Takes a lot of time after OTP input and shows error every time I tried - Says bad gateway or other errors every time I input the OTP. I uninstalled and reinstalled few times, still no luck.
Moreover, in some trials I heard photo capture sound while typing the OTP and the picture gets changed automatically. The image capture does not really work which I feel like is an unnecessary feature. First need to at least fix the basic app features then perhaps extra features could be added. 🥲Show lessJuaria_iq
Face ID Login Necessary
Face ID Login should be incorporated since many of smart devices now use Face ID instead of FingerprintSOURAN ROY

Face ID doesn't work and really buggy app
Why is there still no support for face id?
And the app is really buggy, doesn't always show latest data. And the OTP feature is garbage. While doing a transaction if the app hangs and you tap twice it will do 2 transactions. There should be better safeguards for a banking app. really disappointed.Roy 404
Remember ID is not working
In IOS app remember ID option is not working every time I have to type for login.
And add face id option instead of finger print like other bank. iPhones doesn’t come with fingure print sensor anymore.S.M. Rakib
