Worst user interface and user experience

You might lose money
The app is very buggy and no word for the user experience. Bank Asia made this app through a cheap development agency or something they did a terrible job. Sometimes you can login and sometimes you don’t.
The OTP is fake sometimes. You can use the same OTP in a single session and it works! No confirmation on a action I accidentally sent money twice and the app screen is stuck. I got the SMS but what’s the use now?
The interface is broken at every part. I hope Bank Asia improves and works with a qualified developer/agency to improve their technical issues.Show lessAerfan Uddin
