Poor functionality
It has no record of future bookings so you can’t manage to alter or cancel them via the app, so you have to rely on the emails sent a day or two before the booking.
Why not send an email the minute you book. Every other restaurant using an automated system does this!
If you want to book your local BP it still requires you to use a drop down menu even if you tell it to use your current location.
Why not declare a favourite as your default restaurant?
Doesn’t pre-populate your personal details so you have to fill them in every time you book. At the very least link it to your personal details on the phone so you don’t have to type in every line!
Trying to send app feedback simply pushes you back to the app without any obvious way of doing just that?
As an aside, why do so many people use this feedback to praise or criticise their experience of the restaurant. It’s supposed to be feedback on the APP……! Doh….
