Why the need for an account on the app and not a browser, and why take you to the app download page when it’s already on the phone?
Our clients constantly complain about the app, which sucks as they are always on the go and trying to view proofs on their phone.
Crashes every time opened
Deleted the app & reinstalled several times.
As the website forces you to use the app when on mobile it means GoProof is impossible to use unless on a laptop which is totally impractical.
I’ve reported this issue many times, including sending videos of screen recordings showing the crashing yet no fix has been provided.
GoProof itself is a fantastic programme but the app failure & therefore inability to use on mobile really lets it down.
