Initially good but
The problem with this app is no back up support. The rest is good “when it’s working” but when it’s not it’s a case of memory .. your own memory .. so when it falls out or off line .. support is none .. but more on that later .. now it wants stupid nicknames so you can post a comment !! Know how to work an iPhone
It’s not Poor connection you’re not telling the people how to properly delete first go to settings then tap on your Apple ID name then go down to ITunes & App Store ...Apple ID we’ll be in blue tap that a box will pop up and say view Apple ID you tap that then you swipe down to Subscriptions near the end of the page you tap that then you tap on any of the apps you are try to cancel your subscriptions from....Show lesshairbyme
Not showing up in iTunes subscriptions
I thought a macro calculator was included to track counts, and it isn’t so I don’t want the subscription. It shows up in purchases on ITunes, but not in subscriptions so I am not able to cancel the recommended way. Please cancel. Thank you.Ssssspriiinggg
How do I cancel this app so I’m not charged
When I downloaded this app nowhere did I read anything about a free trial and then being billed after 3 days. I keep reading reviews of people stating this. If it is not free I do not want it! It won’t show on my subscriptions so I can’t cancel it myself. Better not charge me for something I didn’t sign up. Let me know how to get rid of this issue, because I’m not about to pay a hidden fee for something I didn’t even know if it was going to workShow lesskathleenmom

Beware - must select premium option to use
When I opened this app, I was presented with a choice - select the premium option or close the app. The premium option is $4.99 per week. There is a three day ‘free’ period, but only when you commit to the payments first (‘cancel anytime’). Don’t bother.Winken De WIlde

If you want to cancel you can go anytime to your iPhone "Settings", click on "iTunes Settings", click on your "App ID" and then on "subscriptions". You can cancel any subscription of any app there. We provided a link in our settings as well.Do not use
Nothing on the app description page tells you that you have to sign up & provide payment details before you can use the app. You get 3 days free trial but only after you privide credit details.TraceyHut62

They force you to pay for it, that’s the only way to even see anything, & I didnt mean to click the try for 3 days. It says that you can cancel but there’s no button for it in/on the actual app. Not even in the settings like they wrote in someone else’s review, because I tried that as well. The pages are slow to pop up, and it kicks me out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I’m still trying to figure out how to cancel this.Show less_smilez_
Literally only downloaded to bring attention to the low rating.
Didn’t even open the app, didn’t have to. The rating is rigged, out of 30 reviews one was a 5 Star and only said ‘good’ one was a 2 Star, and all the rest are 1 Star. Now tell me how it has a 4.7 rating? And the little bar graph shows mostly 5 stars, a couple 3 stars (there were no 3 star reviews), and only a few 1 stars.

Developer claims that the reason the rating is so high is that there are a bunch of 5 star rating without reviews. Please explain how AT LEAST 54 of the 135 ratings and reviews are one star yet the bar graph still shows an extremely higher number of 5 star reviews and a tiny amount of 1 stars? More than a third of the ‘ratings’ are still 1 Star and that’s just counting the ones who put a review with the rating.Show lessOhHaiKawaii

Hi there. Most comments refer to that they don't like that we offer only a 3 day free trial. So they don't even start to try the app out - like you. Most 5-star reviews are from customers who like the quality of the content after trying out the app. For any "rating" you don't have to add a written comment to get reflected into the 4.7 rating. It's enough to give stars. Hope that helps to understand why the rating is high. Update: Stars does not show all good and bad Stars since the launch of the App, as you can reset them after important app updates that fix bugs etc. : https://techcrunch.com/2017/06/07/ios-app-developers-will-be-able-to-keep-app-store-ratings-when-releasing-an-update/ The count of the stars starts from zero again if you do. However it is possible to look up all comments that go all the way back still your first version of an app over years. That's why you currently compare different things that cannot be compared as all positive stars from previous versions are missing.
