Great Software- Resident mobile app needed
I think it’s a great application and once you learn how to navigate, it reduces the amount of work for property managers immensely! For example it takes a 30-90 second follow up email to a vendor and makes it a 1 second button click. The tech savvy can really thrive with this.
With that said…It is harder from some of the older folks in the company I work at to use this, but any software that is 100% online based will do that. If your company primarily consists of 55+ who have trouble with computers I don’t suggest using this software unless you are ready to have a team dedicated to helping them through a long transition period.
I do agree that an app version needs to be developed for residents to view their accounts, submit requests, etc. We are in a “mobile age” and I think the lack of a phone application for residents sets them back.
