Terrible business practices

I ordered an item through their site and noticed it’s been over 3 weeks and still nothing arrived. I called in to speak to guy that claim his name is “jam” refused to provide an company ID. His constant reply was its company policy. I asked what state they are in and he replied he can’t tell me because it’s company policy. I’m very suspicious now. I asked for a supervisor and his reply was they are all on vacation. I asked if the call is being recorded he said yes. I asked for him to create a claim number and he replied he can’ ***** company policy. Any thing I asked about the company he refused to answer. He couldn’t tell me when my items would arrive either. I than asked for a refund and he hung up on me. Now when I call back there’s no answer

Stay away!

Do NOT SHOP HERE! They will lie to you about shipping timeframes and also lie about their resolutions. Customer service is scripted and they only show reviews that also look staged! Do your research online. They agreed to a resolution and later stated they would not keep their word! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Even after I post this review the app developer responds with bs... your customer service team lied and then refused to stick to their word! Your products are of poor quality and I will be pursuing this issue! It looks like there are plenty of dissatisfied customers who you all have practiced unfair business with and some of your reviews are clearly scripted! I have asked to speak with the legal department and I will get is continued scripted responses! Businesses such as these should not be able to victimize consumers and should be banned from doing business!

Worst costumer service

This app has the worst costumer service I’ve ever seen. In order to return items (that were too big and had low quality), you are required to exchange several messages on their website, pay for it to be mailed back to them and basically beg for your refund to go back on your credit card. I’m still trying to get my refund even though they received the items back 10 days ago! After I requested my refund on my credit card, they said it was fine. Now they keep telling me that I will have my refund on the wallet on the app. I don’t want it on their app, I will NEVER buy anything from their app again. And worst, after I sent a message last night pointing out that had said it was okay for me to have my refund on my credit card on a previous message, they DELETED the whole message history from their server. I would recommend to run from this app if you don’t want a headache.

Stained, odd sized all made out of cheap material with hidden costs

I’m in the uk and ordered a few t-shirts from this app, they took a while to come because they were shipped from Hong Kong, once in the Uk I had to pay the duty tax and vat otherwise I wouldn’t get the clothes I had already paid for, it was not cheap!
The clothes themselves are cheap and nasty, most made out of almost like a swimsuit sort of material or 95% polyester. The only top that came which didn’t fit into these two categories was stained in two places.
I wish I could return everything but I can’t. Really disappointed with everything from this app. It was immediately deleted!

Terrible

DO NOT order from this site, I ordered, wasn’t told I would incur nearly £40 shipping tax on top of my £100 order, had to pay it as ROSEGAL would not order the clothes back from the courier. Got the clothes, they are the most cheap clothes I’ve ever seen, you can see your underwear through the “denim jeans”..... Fabric is paper thin, crotch area is unusually baggy. Tops are absolutely nothing like advertised, unfitted, unflattering, was like wearing a camping tent. Ordered everything in the same size, somethings are really tight, some are so loose they won’t even stay on. Now having to fight tooth and nail just to get them to take the clothes back. Site is riddled with fake reviews. Clothes look amazing, I can assure you they are absolutely not, that’s why there are so many items for sale on ebay because nobody can return. AVOID... it’s a legal SCAM. Review option is hidden on Facebook which says it all.

Not what I expected but still nice

The shipping takes a little long and tracking didn’t work for the longest time but I did receive all my items. The material they were made out of is very lightweight and sheer and definitely a cheaper material but overall I thought it looked good. They run a little large. I wish I ordered a size down on all my items but 1. The customer service is non existent so you can’t exchange them unless you want to go through a painful, long and irritating process with automated messages and you covering overseas shipping. They offer a keep the item and receive 20% refund so if you don’t want to do all that to ship it back you can at least get some money back.

Perfect sizing every time

What I like most about the clothes on Rosegal is they understand the fuller figure. Clothes are always soft and fit to the size stated on each item.
Love this site and the app makes it so easy to buy.

Still waiting

I placed an order on April 29th 2020 and I still have not received my order try to talk to customer service online and all the can say is it will be here soon but ups says they are still waiting on the order so not sure what is going on this is my first time ordering from them and may possibly be my last.
Update May 22 got my order and I am highly disappointed they sent me what I thought was pants but it’s more like the silky pj pants you buy from Walmart and there is no button or zippers and no cuts in the pants it’s and pictures I wish I could put up pictures but I can not figure out how to do it and their is no button to post pics so I guess all I can say is Beware of this place it’s not worth the price
Update may 28th well I got the pants I ordered of course but I’m still waiting on my top that I ordered on April 28th 😡

Worst customer service ever

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They took my money right away that was no problem. But getting my stuff to me? Lol it’s been over a month. And every time I try to contact them there is no phone number and if I talk to the chat they tell me to issue a ticket. I have issued many, and get no response even though they say they will answer within 24-48 hours. They gave me a tracking number for my package and according to the tracking, it’s been in California for 3 weeks. Rosegal said they would contact fedex and ask why it hasn’t shipped to me yet. Finally after a week I called fedex myself and they said rosegal has only made a label. No package yet. Liars!! This company is a scam and they refuse to give me my money back!! Don’t buy from them!!

Refund

I ordered 5 minutes later cancelled and that was April 27th. I had to go and get all the information for the transit number to name of PayPal account it was paid into and still have to wait for them to decide if I should get MY Money back
