The only place I shop for clothes!

I’m very picky when it comes to picking out my clothes and don’t even like to shop at the mall because I can never find anything I like. I got advertised some dresses on Instagram and decided to download the app to look at the clothes. I was surprised to see how cheap everything was and how cute the clothes were so I decided to buy a few dresses and shirts seeing as you can return the clothes with your money back. I noticed that the shipping took pretty long so I was also surprised to find that expedited shipping was only $1.89 more. Then, I noticed the tracking wasn’t working so I got worried until after the 3rd day, it said delivered! The clothes were exactly as expected. I will say, you get what you pay for. The material is a little cheap and one of the dresses had a small hole in one of the pockets. BUT overall, I LOVE the clothes. The sizing for everything was perfect, the clothes were very cute, and everything was comfortable! I recommended this app to all my friends and family and have started buying all my clothes here!

Rubbish service

This is a rubbish app. There is very little human response to enquires! Had an order that was shipped to the wrong address, I had to pay a fee to have it reshipping then I was told it was destroyed even after I paired the reshipping fee. I had to argue and fight to get a refund. It wasn’t even a full refund and I’m still waiting for my money back! It’s been 3 months!
Don’t waste your time or your MONEY on this if all you get is rubbish service! I definitely won’t be using them again!

Quite happy

I was a bit dubious about ordering as previous people have mentioned there are so many sites. But I have to say it all arrived quite quickly and for the money the quality isnt bad. 😊 i would order again

I am not happy with ur service!!

Not happy with the service was not able to get the right help to return ideas tht was the wrong size. Still waiting on two ideas tht was to be delivered on the 7th July very very not please at all I dnt feel the ideas was quality all I want to do was return the ideas for a refund now I have clothes tht dnt work for me!!! I’m not happy and I still dnt know we’re my other ideas are located. I requested to speak to a manager and I was rejected from the call. I spend a good amount of $$$! With ur company this is not a good way to start a good business relationship with a new costumer. I hope to hear from someone right away concerning the matter. Thank you!

Horrible Service

I regret ever doing business with this company. The return process is ridiculous. Most items shipped from China, poor quality and fit. After numerous emails and escalating my refund request the process took longer than a month. I was given a hard time because they post measurements but as well all know not everyones body is the same!!! I felt inadequate and in the wrong when all I wanted to do is return clothing that did not fit properly and of cheap quality. They had no problem charging my credit card and then an extra charge for an international transaction! But when it came time to return I was given the run around. Do not do business with them and save yourself a huge headache! Never again!!!

Inconsistent

Ordered 4 tops in April. Got two relatively quickly (1 month). Then got one more (2months). Still waiting for last item. Contacted a couple of times and get same reply ... to wait. Had an email today with two options. Wait (still) or swap. No offer of full refund which would be preferable. Time period from order to delivery is not good if buying for a particular season. Oh and items are cheaper on AliExpress with better customer service.

Buyers beware!!! Don’t bother wasting your money here!!!

I really wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order! I placed an order that was supposed to be expedited shipping only to receive 1/2 of order about 3 weeks later, the other half took over 5 weeks to be delivered. The quality of the materials was awful! The items I received looked nothing like the pictures on the site!!! The size/fit ridiculous- the items were so large it was laughable! I tried to cancel the remaining order after the first delivery but they wouldn’t let me. Then comes the most ridiculous return process. I reckon it’s their way of discouraging people from returning things. I personally don’t have any more time or patience to waste on this whole experience, so I’ll consider my money wasted and this shopping experience a lesson learnt! I was excited when I found this website but after my experience I feel am being extremely generous giving you a 1 star! Never shopping here again!

Appalling service!

Extremely disappointed! At first it seemed like a really good company with good quality clothes but then the quality and size was totally appalling!! I requested for a return and refund and have been waiting for them to respond which they still haven’t and it has been almost 3 months! They promise they would respond within 24 hours. Still no sign of their response for my returns and refund.
I have tried to correspond with the online chat team and via email and I’m always told they will contact me within 24 hours! It has been over 1920 hours which is over 80 days and I have still not heard from your team on neither the collection of the two items and nor my full refund of the two items

Went through the refund process and everything

I’ve only ordered about 8 things through Rosegal and did run into some trouble with a certain dress. I followed the return information as follows and had an okay experience. It does take a day for the company to respond, but since I was sent the wrong item they gave me my money back and allowed me to keep the wrong item. I was quite worried ordering from Rosegal due to issues like this, but I am satisfied with the way they handled this return. Also everything so ordered fit to the sizing chart as well so I had no trouble in sizing. Though somethings maybe don’t look as good on me when they get here, I feel that is just apart of the risk of shopping online.

Website not updated

I ordered a dress almost 3 weeks ago. It never told me that they were out of that specific dress. I ordered it and a week later noticed it was still processing. I contacted them and they told me the dress was on back order and They will get more in between 7 to 15 business days. Like I said it has been now three weeks and they still don’t have my address in stock. So I went and found a different dress and asked to exchange, before I ordered it I asked them to check to see if that one was in stock because it showed all the sizes were in stock and I did not want to wait another three weeks for the dress. The person informed me that once again this dress was out of stock. So I asked for my money back because I have to find a dress by a certain date for my anniversary. They really need to update their website and keep everybody informed of certain dresses that are out of stock.
