Is this a bank or a social media?

The latest updates with the stories style news on top, and the new badges are making this app more and more looking like a game or a social media app.
Guys, Iโ€™m a happy costumer with the bank, but this doesnโ€™t add any value to the user. I want a bank! I donโ€™t want instagram stories.

Very slow to load on an iPhone 11, 12 & 14

Whine this app has a lot of useful features and navigation is relatively easy, it takes up to 30 seconds to open, and the banking often crashes or hangs while starting the app. This needs to improved and fixed, as the app is very unreliable and unstable at the moment.

Worst bank

This is the worst banking experience I've ever had. The bank carries out automatic currency conversions at the most random times and always at terribly unfavorable rates. The only place you might find worse exchange rates is at the airport. I definitely wouldnโ€™t recommend this bank to anyone whose primary currency is dollars.

It's a really good app, butโ€ฆ

Constant bugs, interface problems, which cause you to restart the application, the application constantly writes that there is no Internet. It can be a 5 stars rating, but with each update, it seems have more and more problems. As a result, I just can't use the app right now

No widgets?

Your app is nice and useful but it will be great if you will add some widgets, such as currency widget and if possible balance widget will be useful as well

Best mobile Banking experience

I love how expenses is categorized, but i would like to give you suggestion about transactions. It would be very helpful for me to make some comments like to name that transaction for remembering later time, also it would be beneficial to be able differentiate that transaction what it consists, like โ€œapple - 2 GELโ€ and etc.

International transfers make app crash

The app works fine for transfers within Georgia, but crashes every time I try to send a transfer from my BOG USD account to my USD account in the USA. The app crashes and the transfer is never completed.

Add dark theme

Please add dark mode. It will be more comfortable to use app at night. Also customizable icons will be great. And add ability to buy tickets to cinema, theaters right in app

A lot of bugs

App is full of bugs, it seems to me that your developers donโ€™t use the feature before the release

Canโ€™t add my card to Apple Pay, error during simple operations, log outs, it is so hard to use the app
