It doesn’t work with older phones

Hi, Similar to the user below, we discovered that the issue wasn’t the hardware but as the App got larger with more content, it was taking too much of the phones memory to load and ultimately crash on some phones. We have fixed the issue and it should load without an issue. Please let us know if you have any further issues. If you could let us know if this now works for you that would be awesome. Thanks!!

Hi witty6ix, this breaks our heart as well as we want you to have as positive experience as possible and we really appreciate your effort in supporting your climbing community. Mt. Nemo, and the rest of Jesse Wong’s Ontario Rock Climbing, will be in the App in the coming weeks and we will make sure you have full access. The Turtle Wall Sector was run as a bit of a promotional release to the rest of the Guidebook coming to the App soon. We just released an update to the App (Version 411) yesterday that should resolve a number of the bugs you saw. That said, we would like to invite you to be part of our Testing Team if you are interested. This would provide free and early access to the App and would help us identify any bugs we aren’t seeing. Regardless, please drop us a line at info@sloperclimbing.com as we would like to make sure that you are set up without any issues. Thanks!
Please fix bugs
-does not stay logged in. Nullifies downloading areas for offline use because you need to be online to log in
-crashes while doing most things. (App doesn't close but goes blank screen and unresponsive)
-not kidding 80% of functions will crash the app
-missing descriptions of how to get to crags/separate walls at crags
-lack of instructions to use app (maybe they are there but my app crashes before i can find them)
I would be happy to pay good money if the app was more functional and be excited to use it.
