idk which first year comp sci major y’all put in charge of designing this app but they need to get it together
Not loading
The app worked perfectly fine before the update. Now it doesn’t even load at all.
Stopped working
I’ve been using the TU app since I started attending Towson back in 2019. Now they updated it to look more “up to date.” It looks nice, if only it was usable. But now I cannot load any routes especially when I need them. At least I know that My well-earned student loan money is going to making this app more visually pleasing, but f-ing up it’s main purpose.

Needs more fixing
This app fails to even open 8/10 times I need to use it urgently. Idk what y’all did but it’s worse than before!

Great presentation of the app however the app never loads and can never see when to get on the bus smh.

why did you update the app. The old version was better.
Too slow
The updated version of this app is soo slow. I need to wait for soo long before I see the status and by that time, the shuttle is gone. Please fix that. If the new version is like this, I like the old version better.

Unusable Update
The new update is completely unusable - it won’t load at all even on WiFi! How am I supposed to track my bus now?!?
