New iOS 11 Health Data Supports Heart Rate Data for each individual activity in the Daily Summary Bug fixes and optimisations

What’s new in this update ? - Max Heart Rate Imports The app will firstly attempt to import the Max HeartRate Data recorded from an external source then it will be saved locally. If there's no Heart Rate Data stored locally, and it's not available from the external sources, the app will then calculate the Max HR based on the birthdate (age) of the current logged in user. By applying the standard equation of "MAX-HR = 220-age". - HeartRate Zones Calculation The zones calculations is calculate based on the saved MAX HeartRate Data. The zone calculations gets imported, thenstores in the Daily Activity Event Page Form for each individual activity of the day. The durations for each zone is calculated based on the CSV/HeartRate data recorded for the current activity session. - Swimming Data Imports The app can now supports the new/updated Swimming metadata from Apple Watch Series 2 The new swimming metadata includes: Swim Lap Length Swimming Location Swimming Stroke Style Weather Humidity Weather Temperature - Fix Issues with empty data for partially updated events Empty data will no longer replace the currently exisiting data with partial updates. -Add 5 new additional Health Data Added for Sync Detection These data includes : active energy, walking distance, cycling distance, heart rate and exercise time. While the currently existing 3 are : workout, sleep and step count. This provides the app with more possibilities to sync more frequently, hence, the imported data will be more up-to-date. - Background Sync Frequency Changes : Triggers sync more frequently The configuration on the frequency for each HealthKit Data watching has changed, the app will now watch for updates in Health Data more frequently. - Fix issues that caused the sync process to stuck and not being able to continue The sync process has been re-designed so that it continues to sync even though there's an error during the part of the process. The app will no longer stuck in a loop. - Fix data duplication issues caused by duplicated generic metadata which creates empty imports. - Mapped in-depth distance data The current Daily Activity imports already provides an in-depth Heart Rates and Distance data as CSV, however, the sets of distance data is imported from the general distance records. With this update the app now maps the distance data based on the type of activity it's importing. Eg. Running Activity's Distance will export Running/Walking Distance Data, Cycling Activity with Cycling Distance.
