Hello. The app works only with the Tour, Sport, Link, Urban, Connect, Active and Avant models. To use the Interphone app is necessary to make a second pairing. Follow the steps: • Put in pairing mode your unit again by pressing phone and power buttons at the same time for 3 seconds until led flashes red and blue simultaneously • Press «Reconnect» button on INTERPHONEAPP • If a POPUP error appears , your device is not updated to the latest firmware version which is necessary to connection with APP • Otherwise if your unit is already updated, a POPUP for a Pairing Request will appear. • Press Pair and process will be finished. If they did any testing they would realize that app doesn’t stay connected, connection breaks every few seconds...I have tour model with latest firmware, it is listed in description as supported, and just don’t wanna stay connected which it makes it useless...Hope that someone reads these reviews and will take some action and update app...Wanjoza

This app was installed on my iPhone 10 to help with the settings while riding. I have downloaded the newest FW and it still will not stay connected. This app is not useable!Will buy Sena next time.
