App won’t connect
Phone connects to my Cardo fine, working no issues however the app does not want to.
Tried following in app steps, deleting and repairing phone to Cardo, connecting my Cardo to PC and firmware update, nothing seems to work to get the app to pickup my Cardo when my phone is connected.

In general it’s really good. But some day’s it really is a pain to use. When we both connect at the start, no problem’s, then it keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting. It can do this for over 15mins. Worse in built up areas. The only way I can appear to stop it is by pressing the top middle button and getting it to redial to rider 1 & then pressing again to connect to my phone. This usually works until a built up area. I’m hoping the latest update will cure it.Show lessPhone connection
I have a 2023 street glide and I’m using an up-to-date iPhone
My bike will not connect to my phone unless the card is connected to my phone for Apple CarPlay
The first unit I had would not do an over the air update, and when taken back to the dealer would not do an update with the computer
They kindly swapped the unit out for what I have now
I have since been on three rides and two of those threes I went without my calm system because the system refused to connect to my phone in the app, even though it was connected on my Bluetooth settings
I am told that the unit is supposed to automatically update or at least tell you it needs an update so that I can connect via over the air, but I’ve not experienced that yet. Overall when the unit is connected, it is a great way to communicate and it stays connected.
I know that part of the reason I can’t get it to connect to other people is because of me not understanding what needs to happen but what for Mike can tell I should be able to open my app and turn this unit on and it should connect and that is not the case
I will not say do not buy this unit, but I will say I am not happy with not being able to connect when I get to my friends and of course you want to go ride not stand there for an hour trying to figure this out so you just generally give upShow lessDeveloper Response
