Most of the frozen items are defrosted and most many item damaged and spoiled I requested to return all this items and replace the items with fresh

Application is too bad
The application is too bad I had to order as a visitor because when I log in to my account what ever I chose to order it doesn’t show up in the purchases in basket so I had to chose portion guest (visitor) to order . I’m trying to order since yesterday and I had a chat with one of your agents who advised me to remove the app and re-download it agin which doesn’t work too.
