First, I’ll start with the log in… the app has the space for the email address, but the OS doesn’t recognize it to autofill the email. Press continue and go to the next page where you enter your password. Don’t touch anything else or it will get rid of the log in page and you’ll have to start over and manually type your email address. It took me 3 times to log in. I hate when companies hire idiotic developers who have never ordered anything online.
Next, the checkout process is absolute trash!!! If you’re going to add apple pay, why do I need a stupid map to find the location of my billing address! That map is absolutely terrible to use. Also, my billing address is in the US, this stupid app won’t allow me to checkout using my Visa card. If you’re only going to allow Knet, then say that or fix the app!!
