As an Ausländer in Germany the tax process can be a very daunting one…then I found this company and App through my N26 membership perks. It takes a bit of time (what is simple in Germany hey) but it’s all in English, all very intuitive and just a dream to work through. Brillant!Ollydaz
Scam
They quoted me at an 806€ return. The tax office sent me 124€. When I wrote Taxfix asking about the difference, they ignored my emails. Update: They commented on my review with an email address, the same one they ignore. Comical. I’ve told several friends not to use them.LOVEEERBOY

When you have all the right information at hand, tax fix is an extremely efficient way to submit a tax return in Germany as a non native. Can highly recommend. For 2019/20 I got a very generous return.

Straightforward and simple
I used the app to file in the tax return for 2020 and the app couldn’t have been simpler. I’ve never done it before, and last time I had my taxes sorted, the advisor wanted to charge me 100% of the return, claiming there’s a lot of work involved. Well, for 40€ I managed to do it myself through this app. Fair enough, it’s now a 7 week wait for it to be refunded, but that’s in the tax office. Great app but doesn’t support self employed
I downloaded the app after seeing the ad multiple times, and after filling in my details it tells me it can’t help due to a self employed income.
Looks like a great app which I’ll be recommending to my friends and partner to try who are employed, just a shame it can’t help me.isitthough?

We are sorry that we do not support your case. We currently have a clearly defined steering group for our service. We are of course thinking about the others too, however other options are still in the planning stages with us. This can take very different amounts of time, which is why we can't give any dates on this yet.
