  • Crash all the time.

    This app stalls all the time, Every single time it does not sync back to the office from the field, we have to revert to hand written tickets. I know our company dumped a lot of money into this app. Waste of time if we have to keep going back to the Stone Age to hand write tickets and slow down our process out in the field. As a technician point of view. I would not recommend this app.

    I waste more time on this stupid app then actually working. Hate it so much I’m looking for work elsewhere. Unbelievable any company would use this for an app.

    Sold our company on this app as it could do everything we needed. It only works for keeping tract of hours worked. We had to buy another system that could do our maintenance form needs.
    Don’t let this company sell you this system it is very under performing.
