Miss the app

The property I live in was sold and new owners switched from henri app to rentcafe. What a disappointment. We could chat amongst neighbors, post items sale, get a breakdown of every charge in our rent. None of that on rentcafe.

Always has issues

My apartment has used this terrible app for two years. Even the most basic features cause the app to freeze or restart. Not sure how this app has a 5 star rating.

Usually ok but can be buggy

The last week or so when I try to open the app it tells me my internet is unstable and won't open.
My internet is just fine Henri. You're the unstable one in this relationship!
Hopefully it gets sorted because this is how rent gets paid.

Hidden fees

Charges hidden fee to use debit card, only displayed at end of transaction, and support is unavailable.

Canโ€™t post anything

I donโ€™t know why nobody mentioned this and this bug is not fixed yet. Iโ€™m using an iPhone 14 pro, I canโ€™t really post any thing cause the post button on the top right corner is overlapping with the iPhone native top bar. I canโ€™t really tap that button, or close it on the top left corner with the same reason.

Hi Nick! Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention! We fixed the issue today. To install the fix: Please open your app, then close it or let it go into the background, reopen your app and it should be installed! You can see the version at the bottom of the "More" tab. The fix is released on or after version 5.7.4-147. Thanks again and happy posting!

Keep Getting Kicked Out

I keep getting automatically moved out of my community for no reason. Seems like a bug in the app. I stay in the community for a few days and then it boots me out. Please fix this issue

Convenience

The purpose behind an App is the convenience you experience. This app does not give you the option to pay your rent at anytime, only on the first. You also canโ€™t split payments between roommates. A lot of the other apps like henri offer both plus more.

Thank you for your comment, we appreciate your feedback. The Henri app has both of those features, however your community does not have these enabled. Please talk to your community office as they can enable these features for you.

Fix your stupid app

Whenever I try to pay rent with a billing outside the US, it says ZIP canโ€™t be blank, when the zip code option isnโ€™t there when I pick a country other than the US. Thank you for delaying my rent.
