Thanks for your comment. The processing charge that you see on your rent is actually set by your community, not by Henri.
Double Charged my Rent
Be careful to review any charges to your account from this company. They double charged my rent. Took my apartment complex two weeks to get well over $1,000 back to me.

Rent
Why can’t we pay rent at anytime during the month? Why do I have to wait until the 1st?
Auto pay feature is terrible
My auto pay just turned off TWICE which resulted in my rent being late. No warning that it was turned off. It just was off. So frustrating!!!!
So Convenient
I really like this app. It makes it so easy to pay my rent and request maintenance. I also really like that I can easily and quickly go to it to find out about everything going on in my community. I’ve even made friends through the app!
