We’ve added a new capability for trial users—now you can generate sample data for Employee Management! This helps you explore key features without needing to input real employee information. Employee Directory: Populate a mock employee directory to see how easy it is to manage your team. Time Off & Who’s Out: Simulate time-off requests and see how our app tracks employee availability and leaves at a glance. This is in addition to our existing Recruiting sample data feature, where you can already generate mock job postings and candidate workflows to experience seamless hiring. With these enhancements, trial users can fully explore both Recruiting and Employee Management features in a no-pressure environment!

1. Blocking a Candidate: You can now block disqualified candidates with ease. Once a candidate is blocked, they will automatically be disqualified if they reapply in the future. This helps prevent reprocessing unqualified candidates and ensures your time is focused on the right talent. 2. Save a Candidate for Future Roles: Found a candidate who isn’t the right fit for the current role but could be a great match for a future position? You can now save candidates for future evaluation!

We are excited to introduce two new features to enhance your recruitment process on the Workable app! New Rating Types • Stars and Grades: Users can now evaluate candidates using two new rating types – Stars and Grades. Tailor your evaluation process to fit your organization’s needs. To enable these new rating types, please update your settings via the desktop platform. Once configured, the new rating options will be available within the app. New Disqualification Reasons • Enhanced Disqualification Process: When disqualifying a candidate, users can now select a reason from a predefined list and add a personalized note explaining the decision. This feature allows for more structured and transparent disqualification tracking. Update now to take advantage of these powerful new tools and improve your hiring workflow!
