Awful service and no responsibility!!
Our driver crashed the car, thankfully we sustained only minor injuries. We requested a refund, only for the app to tell us that they contacted the driver and he rejected our request for the refund. It’s been a week and they still haven’t sorted this out. I can’t believe that they can’t take responsibility for something as serious as this and get it fixed ASAP. Will not be using again, and I urge anybody thinking to use this to think twice about it. If they won’t refund a CAR CRASH, then just think of what else here con artists might do.Show lessnolatch
