Ridiculous
I was in a rush to get to work and scanned the first bike I saw. The bike lock was completely broken, and when I looked up, someone used their personal lock on that broken bike. I immediately reported the case. The app charged me for 200 minutes (extra fined fee) for a bike I couldn’t use and couldn’t lock.
