I phone and emailed too. Nobody to assist. Application doesn’t upload anything from files or photos. Requested to take a selfi and I did it again even though was wel cantered. I believe it was the passport photo the problem but not able to take new photo as not option to do it. I tried to complete the description which is a pain to do and it is not even saved. Better to apply in the web if allowed but I already tried to log in and requested to download application in library computer. Terrible experience.
