I phone and emailed too. Nobody to assist. Application doesn’t upload anything from files or photos.
Requested to take a selfi and I did it again even though was wel cantered. I believe it was the passport photo the problem but not able to take new photo as not option to do it.
I tried to complete the description which is a pain to do and it is not even saved.
Better to apply in the web if allowed but I already tried to log in and requested to download application in library computer. Terrible experience.

Highly inefficient specially the registration process
Did not find this locum nest application simple and smooth,
App not working for me
I tried to submit my time sheet but the app didn’t let me login still showing that there is not internet but I am already connected

Does not work
I have had nothing but problems with this app, it fails to load properly tells me I don’t have permission to log into my own account and despite emailing the help team I haven’t even had confirmation that they are looking into it.

I have used the app for 1 year. My experience was great. It was easy to use, with electronic timesheets being submitted then and there.
You can track the progress of your applications and also on submitted timesheets.
Unfortunately I’ve moved away from the trust and I don’t use it any longer. I hope that other trusts will also join Locum’s Nest as it makes everything smarter and easier

Easy to use
Great to find shifts, book them and payment is so quick! Will probably depend on the trust. Our trust has a fantastic operations lead who goes above and beyond to help with any issues relating to the app.

Been using the app for a year - seamless user experience. Once approved booking shifts hasn’t been easier
Staff grade locum
I have been introduced to locum nest a few months now. I have found that using this app is incredibly easy , handy and takes me literally 10 % of the admin time I had to spend previously completing and sending my timesheets for approval. Support team has been so helpful , too , when I had to change my work schedule , I am very grateful .

Update is broken
With this last update I can no longer see any shifts no matter what I do reset filters etc
