I love my TOYBOX printer and the app but I cannot access my creator account, and whenever you print something the app is glitchy other than that I love ito christmas tre

Amazing App!!
This app works great. It connects well with my printer, and I’ve printed out many amazing things! When it tries to make files smaller, it usually crashes, though. Other then that it’s amazing!!no one shall know my name.

Design Space is Terrible
The ability to design with this is terrible. You can’t even import or take pictures with an iPhone as the photo file type is not supported. What app has prompts to load picture from the phone or launch the camera but then does not support the files to actually load and gives and error message.Mallonb
Great printer, but app is buggy
The printer is a LOT of fun! We had to calibrate it but that was easy. The app barely works though - logs me out every few minutes or freezes. Seems to get stuck when trying to connect to Toybox servers.Somq!
Great Machine/App is lackluster
This was a fantastic Christmas gift for our daughter. When the printer works, it’s amazing wonderment. However we’ve had continued issues with the app at this point. From logging me out constantly, failing to connect on the network, and failure to “beam up” the toy to be printed…I don’t blame my kids enthusiasm waning at this point.Show lesssilvermagik7
Fun but need to add a redo button when making something.
I was designing a bead for my friend and I needed to undo something. But instead of pressing the undo button, I accidentally pressed the clear button. It deleted all my work and I couldn’t get it back because there isn’t a redo button. Please add one! I’m really sad! :cgamer cqt is my fortnite name
